At Cue, we want you to love your purchase; however, if you change your mind, we offer returns on full-price items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all designer tags still attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the garments in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and the return authorization form is included inside.
Ship the Parcel
Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized postal location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
